connective dance® is the brand name of a holistic method for a sustainable dance practice. The accompanying methodological card set is presented in a workshop, and participants experience its practical application. This includes both dance-related and anatomical input.
Dance is viewed from the perspective of fascia, thus opening up a deeper anatomical understanding of dance movements. The cards of the connective dance® set have a methodical and playful structure that can be applied in dance classes or movement research. The aim is to use this knowledge to create rich and multidimensional dance lessons and to learn more about the body and perception. The connections between dance and the fascial structures of our body are extremely diverse. Understanding these connections offers significant added value. Workshops are aimed at professional dancers working in both educational and artistic contexts. Teachers from other movement disciplines are also warmly invited.
