Lisa Lareida

I am a dance artist from Bern and a mother of two. My work combines choreographic practice, movement research, and perspectives from the science of the body.

I hold a Master of Arts in Dance from the Zurich University of the Arts and a Master of Science in Neuroorthopedics. I have a strong interest in research, which I furthered through the CAS PreDoc program at the Bern University of the Arts. The combination of artistic work and sound anatomical knowledge shapes my approach to movement. Teaching dance is a daily practice for me, allowing me to explore, reflect on, and continuously develop movement.

I develop my own dance projects in collaboration with professional dancers and life experts from diverse backgrounds. I have also worked as a rehearsal director and assistant for various choreographers.

Since 2023 I have been president and co-curator of the Köniz Cultural Festival and I am committed to diverse, vibrant cultural meeting spaces.
